Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
